How do I find out pricing?
Pricing is dependent on a number of variables such as quantity ordered, pickup or delivery location, and product, etc. For pricing information, please contact our office (315-696-6164).
Besides pallets, crates, and mulch, do you offer other wood products?
We produce agricultural bins for products such as apples and onions. We can also produce component wood parts for companies to use as parts in other applications or to assemble their own crates, pallets, or skids.
Do you refurbish pallets and/or crates?
No we do not refurbish pallets.
Do you have a product catalog for crates and pallets?
We do not have a printed product catalog. We build crates specific to the application, so there is no “standard” crate. Our website has some examples of the crates we have built. We have built very large crates and crates so small that more than a hundred of them could fit in the largest crate we built. With pallets, we have built hundreds of different types depending on the intended use for them that the buyer has and our website has some examples of those.
Can you provide delivery and if so what is the charge?
We can deliver and delivery charges are dependent on the location and size and weight of the order.
Do you have a showroom at your location?
As we are a manufacturer, we have pallets and crates always available to see but we do not have a retail showroom per se. Mulch is available on a seasonal basis.

What is the minimum order quantity for pallets?
There is no minimum order size for quantity
What warranty do you offer for your products?
We do not have a written warranty as most all of our products are built to the customers specifications. We stand behind our products
